Zinc – Clear, Colour and Black Passivation
Alkaline Zinc is deposited on to the surface of a component. The benefits of plated components are that relatively inexpensive base materials can be given enhanced properties. These properties include corrosion resistance, wear resistance, new colour and reflectivity. The zinc is coated with a passivate solution, this being either clear, colour or black.
